Thank you, Jeffrey. I know you want to sell cheap, but the margin is the thing. DEC does not have margin as good as Compaq; but a premium never the less, because of volume that Compaq does not have. What is valuable of SEMI is that they own the lobbies to the purchasing depts. How do I know? Bruce said that they compliment the majors. That means to me, SEMI sales people know how much business they are getting, and how much business the majors are getting. SEMI people can get more business once they have some more lines. And most of all, SEMI has good margins. Therefore, good premium, people will be willing to pay. $$20/share is still cheap, because revenue is premium and management comes with it.

The other distributors pay less, because they have conflicting lines. After merger, they have to spin off or reduce headcount.
