Kman, good points. On #1, I'll admit that I sold some between 10 1/8 and 12 1/4, but I have since bought it all back (8 1/4 to 9). This is in spite of market conditions that make me nervous buying anything. IMO, the only reason that SFNB isn't flying high like every other 'net stock is that management is not very good at PR. Never have been. Even in the SecureWare days.

Perhaps having someone like John Doerr traveling the country telling everyone how great the prospects are, like he does for AMZN (while his firm appears to have distributed shares to the LPs to sell), would help. But having some of the biggest banks in the world as shareholders doesn't seem to help in this crazy market. Gotta have the VC and Wall Street hype machine working for you and all we have is one analyst in Richmond and an underwriter in the DC suburbs that doesn't even provide research coverage.

I'll say this - the likelyhood of S1 turning a profit in this century is infinitely greater than many other 'net stocks that are valued in the billions. I'll wait another year or two for $30.

Anybody planning on going to the shareholder's meeting? Should be around the end of the month.

Regards,
Bob

PS: Good to see some thoughtful posts KD and Kman. At least we don't have NTBK hypesters or that twit what's his name from '96-'97. If we could only get a select few of those on the Yahoo board to pay the $75 and come over here...
