George, You would think that the Japanese would avoid any stock after experiencing the ravages of their current bear market. However, their money will certainly be welcome at our Wall Street casino.

Speaking of history lessons, can you name the time these comments were made? "Most Japanese , in fact, see the United States as a declining empire. A Japanese journalist recently remarked on a Tokyo TV program, America's finished. It just doesn't know it yet. It's a Fourth World country with a superpower mentality. Just think how much more efficient the United States would be if Japan ran it."
