Tom,

Never noticed that it was you that started the thread.

To answer your questions:

On Dec 30 reported $29.5M liquidity and $16.8M cash. This has increased by at least $4M from calling the warrants. No LT debt. Total dilution now stands at 5.48M shares.

Reported customers were InterTel, Mita, NamTai, Behringer, Shakespeare, and Prod-Art. Dennis says new contracts with Harmon and V-Tech were reported at the info meeting in NY. I know that InterTel, Harmon, V-Tech, and Behringer are growing. Mita and Shakespeare have been consistent business. Don't know about ProdArt. Sales to Namtai have been decreasing.

A lot has changed since you started the thread. Did you own and do you still own?

For what it's worth,
Ron
