John,

<Tava is getting contracts, but they are not in the habit of making regular and formal announcements. Why? I don't know.>

Attorneys. Client's corporate counsel MUST approve PR announcements on contracts. TAVA would LOVE to issue a PR release for each signed contract ... but their hands are tied. Unfortunately, in many instances, we don't hear the NAMES until earnings and conference calls.

We have those wonderful exceptions, like ... like Bristol Myers Squibb and Coca Cola, who recently approved PR releases on contracts with TAVA. There will be more. But never enough to appease this thread.

Cheryl

I think the lack of regular and formal contract announcements is because some of the clients want it that way.

They might see such an announcement by TAVA very negative PR for them.

A headline reading, "TAVA announces Y2K Contract with XYZ Corp." could also mean "XYZ Corp. has a problem which could impact their productivity".

I can understand why a client might tell TAVA, "Keep this under your hat."

p.s. Candlestick-wise, chart has turned bullish again, imo.
