Cerealman, I have noticed your many posts on Stockhouse asking people to vote for Clive as the new director so I took the liberty of e-mailing him myself to clarify his intentions. Please read his response to me below. I believe that he would make an excellent representative for the many shareholders out there and I would vote for him if only for his campaign promise not to sell any options he might be granted without a full and complete disclosure as to why he had taken such actions :) "This whole director thing is something some of the forum members thought of..I believe it is their way of showing management that they are displeased with the lack of communication and the seeming lack of concern for them. Have you seen the line up of directors on this board? I doubt I am qualified enough to shine some of their shoes!!...besides, they already have a director in mind and it is someone whom I am sure you would much rather have leading the company!! FWIW, I think it is an interesting exercise in itself as internet forums have had such a bad rep. from the press since Bre-X, that a KRY victory and a show of camaraderie like this from forum participants might give us all , longs and shorts, a sense of vindication as it might allow others to see that not only is there some intelligent discussion on stock forums, but that the forums are a medium through which shareholders can make their views and wishes known to management. Besides....personally,if I was working for a company like KRY at a time like this, I would rather have an IR position as I prefer talking and posting to shareholders/people more than being stuck in meetings discussing strategies and the company's future! Thanks for asking though... C" I believe that this person is genuine in his intention to help shareholders better understand this court case through his investigative efforts and I would vote for him even if he has no desire to accept the position. I think it goes without saying that he and many others have been of greater help to the small investors that Crystallex management ever was. TAO
