Michael, I think RYO will gor forward and open Kemiss. They have the money to go that far. They will operate at a minimum cost basis until gold/copper goes up a bit. By that I mean they will mine as efficiently as possible and minimize extranous expenditures elswehere that are not directly production oriented.
This will allow Kemiss to make a profit and perhaps even enough to pay interest if money wasted can be trimmed to a minimal level.

When(and if) gold/copper both return to $325+ and $1.00+ then kemiss will be a gold mine.
