Crazy ed, Your information is wrong regarding the share ownership. The Texas Bingo Enabling Act is very clear in that a distributor may not be a shareholder of a manufacturer. I even went to the Texas Lottery Commission to ask about the 10% issue, as I had been offered shares in GMTC prior to their going public. I was informed that the statute is clear and that I could not be a shareholder of even one share. I suggest you direct your inquires to the legal dept. of the TLC. The pertinent section is SEC 13b (c) (8). (c) (8) states the following: The following persons are not eligible for a license under this section: (8) an owner, officer, director, or shareholder of, or holder of an equitable or credit interest in, another manufacturer or distributor licensed or required to be licensed under this Act; The above is fact. I am not sure what you have suggested with regard to GMTC; however, I have stated all information I have on this matter in my response to Hardrocker. tgs59

I'm sure you have seen my postings many timesin this regard<< I monitor most of the gaming threads on SI and Yahoo. I must of missed yours - been on the road. Would you mind either posting (or via private message if you want to avoid being taken to task again <g>) BTW - a zillion shares is a bit of an overstatement... everyone knows it's only .62 zillion! <G>
