What happened to the founder, who is listed on the GLOW website as CEO?

"Garry L. Jamieson
Founder; CEO; Chairman of the Board of Global Games."

Gary Borglund is not even listed.

Why do people think it's good news if GLOW does not acquire WolfKey? Or was the press release just an idle threat?

Thanks

Brad M, I presume the first filing GLOW will have will be after their audit is completed and they become fully reporting.

According to a recent press release, they expect to be fully reporting during the second quarter. So I presume the 10-K for 1997 will be done before the end of June.

The 10-Q for the 1Q 98 will probably be filed after that.

Best wishes,
Brad
