Brad has posted the "hot poster list" again. None of the Ghost regulars are on it. Probably just as well.

Looking at a random sample of people on this list, a few are people who might be marked because they are authorities (George Gilder is an obvious example... I've marked him myself)... but many seem to be very active in daytrading threads.

I thought we might see Craig there, since he's gotten a little notoriety, lately, as well as a legal defense fund. Nope.

Newsflashes - April 3, 1998

Last week, I talked about a finger service for getting information
about your phone number. That service has now been taken offline. I
spoke with North County Communication's Bill Cerny about the decision
to suspend the service. Publicity from 56K.COM caused a spike in
usage, and raised some legal concerns for the company. As far as we
know, the information isn't available elsewhere in a
publicly-accessible format.
