JOE, Frank Landi, Sr. told me that float was about 8 million shares. Though that doesn't necessarily mean that the other 8 million is held by the family, it seems to fit with that theory of 50% ownership. From our e-mail it looks like they are still sure that the Danielle deal is a signed contract and will be completed. The question still remains...When! Because that should be the low tide mark and the stock price should be able to consolidate and then begin to move toward the values you and have previously discussed. Has anyone talked with Jon Swan lately? Seems like the attorneys have had enough time to hammer out the details he mentioned to me several weeks ago. Here's to better AWLT times, Slim
