How long have you KNOWN that - how did you hear than..do you have a CSW "short" Postition report, or other evidence than simply from a SOURCE...or saying that to you to make YOU ( and hense anyone whom tunes into this Radio Broadcast), indeed all on this Thread- just think that, ""Oh Well,- There is nothing to be done we were just victimized by THEM SHORTS."" Get real, the shorts didn't do it to IZYPF and or IZP; ( Not to mention wasted bucks on the Warrants called IZP.wt or IZYWF )-the company did it to THEMSELVES, period.
RE:<<..I understand that in January an individual / organization shorted 1,000,000 shares of IZP. One theory is that the organization looking to complete IZP's next financing, so IZP can qualify for a TSE listing, might be shorting the stock to get a better share price...>>

Sean,

Your posts are more reassuring than anything the Company releases. I hope one day I can escape from this ever expanding sink hole along with my family and friends who bought at my recommendation. Do you have any idea when we'll hit bottom? Please don't say zero! I'm now down 80%, but still hoping in the future...things can't get much worse...or can they?

Regards,
Steve

Sean:

In your post #871 you floated up concerns that Barnes et al had on the potential inadvisability of prolonged disruption of NF-kB owing to concerns over immune function. How selective is Apanol in targeting a response and do you or others think these potential secondary effects may be a material stumbling block in a phase III experience? I've maintained a long-term-hold equity position with this company and am trying to better appreciate any risks up front. One of my reasons for initial optimism was the perceived prospect for somewhat higher odds (??) for negotiating through Phase III based on the fairly specific mechanism of action and negligible side effect profile that was seen (esp cf steroids). I realize these waters still have to be charted but I think you need to look ahead and try to get a pulse on the odds. I've been in ISIP from the early 90's on similar cross-over convictions and things are starting to pan out for them. Any thoughts you have regarding Apanol's impact on immune function would be appreciated.

Regards,
Bob
