If the insiders are in it for the long haul, I wouldn't mind seeing an announcement of such in May. One of the other stocks I own FIX (comfort systems) made such an announcement after the insider's shares became unrestricted. The stock price soon went up. This may not have been a cause and effect event but, I am sure it didn't hurt investor confidence!

Another Item that will affect the 1998 EPS is the opening
of the Austin office. Austin is a hot bed of hi-tech and
growing rapidly. I noticed in one post where an office
was going to be established there.

Cheryl, they wouldnt have to file with SEC .. since they arent a reporting co.

Not saying they are selling, just stating I dont think they would have to report it at this time.
