It's only a typo, Kevin. They're demonstrating the "dOH!-Interpolated Field Reciprocal" from Dr. Simpson's "Apps Engineering" case studies. It's a technique derived from the Hexidecimal Offset for Mainframe Executable Recalculations (the HOMER substitution). You must have been absent that day. <gg>
