I am afraid some ASNDers may make the same mistake. I may be wrong, but I plan to hold some Ascend for the long run. Maybe all that I have now.

At least you made profit. I have sold many things that have not.

Best of luck,

Dennis

Ashley,

Well, you'll be glad to know you're not the only one. I however didn't purchase LU right after the spin-off...I waited a bit....and waited...and waited for that elusive entry point. Finally I gave up and got in at the low 70's....rode it up to 90. Then it dipped, I bought more...up to 90....dipped....bought a bit more....up to 90...then I couldn't take it anymore and I sold the lot.

Of course now LU takes off and there doesn't seem to be and end in sight. Here's my .02 for what it's worth. I think LU is WAY overvalued. Much of this valuation is expectations that LU will dominate the networking sector and for this reason as long as LU doesn't disappoint in the short term it's probably a good hold. I think long term LU will have their work cut out for them just to meet investor expectations. And with a number of great networking companies out there LU faces a tough battle. NT isn't just going to sit around and watch. CSCO and ASND also have their eyes on this space as well. So, I'm going to wait. I think there will be an entry point...but at these lofty levels now is probably not the time. If you own, hold (and smile).
