Albert, Sieman is like big bear! It sits where it wants! I are leading German company and have strong foothold in the the Eastern Europeand Russia! I am sure you know first hand what role Germans are playing in rebuilding the East! They want a foot hold in the US and if they merge for example with Mot, or AMD, they will make tough the competition tough! I will keep you posted, chag sameach ve'casher! Yaacov p.s.
