Any proposal to be heard at the 1999 shareholder meeting must be put to the Company pretty much immediately after the 1998 meeting.

And, looking at the Proxy materials again, I see that this Thread represents significantly more share ownership than all "Directors and Executive Officers" put together.

That tends to put the questions posed into a new light.
