Wishing that Wall Street promptly recognize this as very good news - I disagree.

Oh, hey, c'mon... a guy can "hope," can't he? ;-) I don't think I implied that I need prompt Wall Street recognition. I suggested a possible way to jump start same. This subthread emanated from my interest in determining the impact of the tamoxifen study on LGND. Biotech stocks tend to get ill quite quickly when faced with success from competitors (that happens when you have no earnings).

For this reason, I will be content to wait for Wall Street's recognition as long as necessary (as I slowly increase my position, all the while.)

How efficient we wish the market to be depends on whether we have finished accumulating our positions. :-)
