I don't view the opportunity to sell 15 million high technology CPUs for about $10 to a confused customer who doesn't even know what he is going to do with them, as a "setback".

It provides an opportunity for an Intel competitor to dissipate all its resources negotiating, renegotiating, re-renegotiating and investing its future all in the hopes of making next to nothing (if they are lucky) in providing a CPU to an industry that doesn't seem to know which way the sun comes up in the morning.
