As far as I know, under RRSP, there is no restrictions of owning as many shares of FORMF or other canadian companys that trade on US exchanges exclusively. As long as the corporation is considered canadian, where it is listed is immaterial. I am speaking from owning other issues that trade on Nasdaq only and does not count towards the 20% limit .

Any body has any other information.

Ofcourse, listing on TSE is still positive because now you don't have to worry about currency issues.
