Hi Jay, I have not followed Telebras&Brazil (TBR). It certainly has had a run from 83 to 169. It certainly had a bad day Friday down 6 1/8 closing at 121 3/4.I would check the SI TBR thread to get a better idea from those that follow it. On what brokerage house you should use to trade options, I would suggest you call around to the top 6 discount brokerages and see which one gives you the best deal. Good luck.
