It seems that I have raised a number of questions and mostly negative comments regarding a potential share consolidation. P. Dalton, I would agree with you that a consolidation for the sake of a consolidation is in no one's best interest, especially the long suffering shareholders. Any reverse split should be coincided with announcements of secure financing activities and potential deals that are in motion. No argument there. However, at the same time I am somewhat confused by some comments on this thread that indicate - and I apologize if I am reading previous comments incorrectly - that the loss of the NASDAQ listing is no big deal. What we would then have in Tracer is an international oil and gas company, trading only on the V.S.E. Based on my experience, there is no investment bank - Canadian or American - that would take a serious look at Tracer without a much larger listing. Stocks on the "Pink Sheets" are for the most part, considered garbage stocks. I think some are greatly underestimating the importance of our NASDAQ listing. You and others have already said that this Company has not done anything for two years. Without an infusion of cash from the investment world, and a legitimate exchange to support that listing, I don't see the Company moving past its current doldrums. In fact, I would be very surprised to see the Company meet any of its financial commitments for its current project in Indonesia. I guess my point is that in order to cause an injection of capital, through private placement, or otherwise, the investor has to have a comfort that he/she will be able to trade the shares. It only makes sense. This company needs financing to grow. If there is no guarantee of a major US listing to trade these shares, would you want to put in US$1 - 2 million? Who would? I believe that with the involvement of new board members, and a commitment to future growth, the Company will have success, and the existing shareholders will see little or no pain involved with what I will call a coordinated consolidation. Pairing such a move along with positive investment banking activity, along with some prospective deals will strengthen the Company, not weaken it. I bought in because I think that if it gets done this way, we will all see an increase in shareholder equity. Cheers.
