I am a new user of both Q+ and Metastock.

My first steps are to build watch lists in Q+ so I can export data to Metastock for viewing.

What is the best way to approach this ?

do I build the lists simultaneously in both Q+ and Metastock and where you suggest to place the lists in Metastock directory ? (for easy use)

any helps are appreciated.
