Could someone clarify something? INCA...that is the abbreviation for Instinet... the ECN run by Reuters. That is correct isn't it? And if so, isn't the ECN utilized by a wide variety of users? A recent post about INCA left me perplexed. Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide some clarification.
