Irby has compiled a good list of links on his final frontier thread here on SI. Take a look at everyone and chose the company that best fits your needs and liking. There seems to be allot of back-jabbing and fighting over who's company is best.

Those are very important questions for which you seek opinions, certainly, but I'd like to offer to you my first thought that comes to mind (and you can take it fwiw): spend much more of your time finding a trading strategy with which you will be comfortable. All else is far less significant.
