Hello Wahoograd...

Just me, Marty.
By "indusrty standards" what exactly are we referring to here?
It's standard to call a good cut of strip lion beef a New York Steak. But, it's not mandated by the USDA. On the other hand, the quality of an egg to be Grade 'A' must meet certain standards that are mandated.
(All this comes to mind because I'm having steak and eggs for breakfast) The FCC has mandated new industry standards regarding the deployment of DTV but none regarding our Wave Chip (wouldn't it be nice if it did?) Hear Ye! Hear Ye! With every PC a Wave Meter Chip there must be.... The penalty for non-compliance should be Death.
Sound fair to you guys? Yep. I thought so. Oh well, I think by "industry standard" regarding our Wave Chip we mean the establishment of a natural monopoly by virtue of industry choice; the preference of a hardware solution to encryption and transactions via computer.
Who knows, maybe Steven Sprague will be in trouble with the DOJ someday (after making us filthy rich, of course).

Well what do you know, it's time for lunch...
Your friend,
Marty
