Good point Darth, Starr doing something like bringing criminal proceedings against Lewinsky for purgery thus forcing the president to be a witness outside presidential privilege. However, I think the market has its own seeds of balance. Remember the role of a market isn't to make stocks go up, but rather to make efficient use (make profits on..) capital and opportunity. Its a bidding market which can down bid its own value simply through buyers refusing to step up or contrary positions attacking the current stability, regardless of monies already put into the pool.
