The promissory note is not required to be paid until 2005.

I've seen this before. Assuming it's not forgiven between now & then. I'm too cynical to be playing this game. <g>

I rechecked my data, and I can't find anything public which states they've acquired additional funding. If they issue convertible preferred or bonds, it could put downward pressure on the stock.

If they manage to land a nice long term sales contract, financing would be less challenging. I think at the moment they face a real issue of the non technical variety with this.
