Shouldn't this be on the GMTC board? Anyway, I presume the post on Yahoo was the one you were referring. Here is a copy of the post.

Also, take a look in the news archives - I believe there was a story about the same time the erroneously (and later corrected) reported that GMTC was raided by FBI - when in fact, it was MGAM.

I also suggest you take a good look at the attorney who is advertising for plaintiffs and make your own judgment.

Also, take a look at the financial statements, and earnings, forecasts. I think you may be surprised.

Of course there's always a potential problem when a stock drops like GMTC did on Jan 9. I would think it's fairly common knowledge, especially in light of all of the attorney "advertisements" I see against many, many companies. While not commenting one way or another about the GMTC situation, it is my OPINION that the vast majority of these types of class action suits are purely ways for attorneys to make a quick buck. The majority are settled for some amount less that it would take to litigate, dismissed, or don't come to fruition for a variety of reasons. (Attorneys seem to get paid though <G>)

BTW - I received the solicitation packet from the attorney who has solicited GMTC stockholders on several occasions. In the event you are into GMTC, I would suggest you also get a packet as part of the DD. It was amusing reading.
