Borland to Expand Research and Development Activities in Singapore NSTB Supported Initiative will Focus on Localized Enterprise Products SINGAPORE, April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Borland International, Inc. (Nasdaq: BORL - news) today announced plans to expand its research and development activities in Singapore. The new initiatives, which are supported through a grant from Singapore's National Science & Technology Board (NSTB), will focus on the development of localized versions of Borland's enterprise products as well as versions of Borland's intelligent middleware for additional computing platforms.
