Don't fault AGTI for this one! K&B should have known about the stock situation. I think there was no intention of any wrongdoing on AGTI's part. IMO, AGTI is unfortunately/unfairly going to feel some repercussions because K&B is their distributor.

BTW - who are you? There was no name in the header.

The disclosure had to do with a required SEC filing. As I posted earlier, I do not believe that AGTI management is up to speed on the laws and rules associated with TX bingo. K & B certainly should have known; however, they may not have anticipated AGTI's SEC filing.

I think GMTC holders will do what they think best. Not to be overly negative, but the best protection AGTI has had from similar lawsuits is the fact that it has no money.

The competitive battles here in TX have been fierce over the past month and the next couple of weeks will prove to be quite significant. You should know that K & B, the largest competitor, is not pushing the MAX Lite product. In every case they have offered the FortuNet system or Bingo King's System 12. A few of the BTC distributors have talked about the fixed base system, but I have not yet heard of any product placement. I'll let everyone know where the first install is located when I find out.
