Noblesse,

I've been an investment advisor with a major brokerage firm for aprox 20 yrs, lurking out here on the thread. My clients own a substantial block of stk. Your points re: mgmt are abundantly clear. I am in the process of strongly recommending to my clients that their shares be voted against current mgmt.

I find it particularly disturbing that David Buchanan awarded/reissued himself options expiring in 10 yrs when he turns's age 75. It is even more disappointing when one couples that with the fact that the line of succession already seems to be established. Incentive options like h-ll.

Unlike the shareholders, he is the only party being rewarded by the stock's poor performance, ie. having the strike price on his options substantially lowered.
