I did not read the package but rather went through 10K filling. It specifically said that Jerry is not going to get more stock options unless some extraordinary performance. His vesting of already issued options may accelerate according to some rules.

John , just a thought on the options.
The institutional holdings on AMD are around 60% or so , therefore none of these option packages will be approved unless major investors perceive them as being in the interest of shareholders ,
