CTIC should be great candidate for dead cat bounce. This stock has been way oversold, I am looking for a nice bounce off of the approx. $4.00 range into this week. Also for longer term investors take a look at QDEK. Penny plays BICO is one of my favorites at 5/32's I feel this one could make 100% easy in the very short term.
