Wayne: I would agree, it would be prudent for Mr. Arnold to give us an up-date, given the Reg. S of recent and the time which has expired since the last "official" news release. One thing that has inspired confidence in me regarding the status of the proposed merger was, in fact, the Reg. S. Mr. Arnold seems to be a person with a long term vision of what he can do with a "clean shell" and he seems to be a man making sound and long term decisions. I would doubt he would have gone to the time, effort and expense of raising the capital via the Reg. S unless he was sure there was a very good reason for doing so. Even though a great deal of time has passed, there is no bad news, which is very good in and of itself. If things were beginning to sour, I doubt Mr. Arnold would waste any time pressing the eject button and moving on to the next prospect. It is odd, but I have personally known many pharmacist, and I have always been impressed with their business abilities. They all were/are tighter than bark on a tree, and are very conservative. I would doubt that Mr. Arnold is much different, and the fact that he could see the value in this empty shell impresses me very much. I would assume his schooling never taught him about the value of a shell, nor how to "clean up" a shell. He has accumulated the knowledge as he has progressed, and seems to be a person who makes few mistakes (again a characteristic of a Pharmacist). Overall, Mr. Arnold has done a very good job at keeping people informed, things are most likely down to the wire, this should be the quietest time in finalizing a deal, after all this time and effort, you do not need some renegade information blowing the deal. Sitting Tight with my undisclosed amount of shares... I feel KAA has a very good point about shareholders disclosing holdings. He has been "down the road" before and he is a quick learner. I have also seen the results of such disclosures, net results - not positive! Robert
