I doubt the questions will ever be irrelevant ... Large enough for how long?? How much. Personally I think they will be under-estimating needs and over-estimating supply.

I live in Houston where the Union Pacific problems have been focused. It continues to be a major problem. We read about it here every few days. Its a featured story on the front page of the Business Section, but I doubt that there are many articles throughout rest of the United States. Continues to be a BIG problem. Fortunately it was a mild winter.
