[ CKR ]

Glen,

It appears that CKR has turned out to be a lesson in TA over FA. That argument for the FA could have been made when the stock was in the mid-40's. I'm wondering if the TA is adjusting to expected changes in previously posted fundamentals.

Support fell out from under it; still in a downtrending channel; also fell out of a Bearish Flag three days ago.

The lesson here: Don't Fight the Trend, even if Fundamentals appear attractive. Emotion will be acted upon over reason in the near term. Let the emotion part of the chart shake itself off, and let the chart come to your way of thinking before acquiring.

By the way, that selloff is on relatively low volume. I would suspect the weak stomachs were digesting the chart over the weekend, and sold off early in the morning, hence the Gap.
