I don't have any info about the financials, but I think they get released every quarter. I assume you own some Valu-net shares, and again it seems the best thing for you to do is to call the president of the company David Lucatch and tell him your concerns. We are all 'co-owners' of the company as shareholders, and you will probably get more satisfaction talking to him about what is next for Valu-net, as well as the share issue. Regards, Brian
