Not sure I understand this, could you explain this in more detail with explinations? Like to be an engineer dont you have to like study in college or have had special training and experience? I mean you cant take a janitor and expect him to do the same job do you? Well you can but how long will that last?

ps. I think you will have to wait till retirement on that house. INTC is going to tank this week, NSM on the run, box makers are in precarious positions, full moon out as well.. It gona be one of them weeks and some will eventually climb back, but some wont and even black magic wont help in some cases.

The old MCAF reported that they set aside stock for
employees. Before Oct '96, that would have been a
good deal for their engineers.
