George-- LU is in a clear breakout but test of 64 on cards if not 57 . \on \rsi it is in overbought territory but that is not an indicator since long since 990 we have people who made this error in judgement of calling a short in market on basis of strength in RSI and charts. The trend is alright but short term consolidation is very much possible. Look at this chart for SOX- bigcharts.com I see a very visible clear pattern for 302 304 consolidation and a move up-- although I will be differing with OJ read, but look at the formation of bollinger chart in July last see the 20 days and 50 days interaction and no look at bollinger formation and 20/50 with RSI position where we failed 402.
