Speaking of home's, I've got one I need to finish fixing up and unload it. I bought a foreclosure with deficiencies dirt cheap. Moved in and completed part of the remodeling, got lazy, still here 2 years later. To put it in a nut shell my laziness proved to be a goldmine. I can exclude any gains<GGG>
