HMAR is in a box. With so much debt, the stock sells for low multiples, and without a higher stock price HMAR can't do the secondary offering they wanted to do. I don't think HMAR can take on much more debt, and thus cannot grow as quickly.

I'm concerned about HMAR's ability to handle growth. We've now seen two quarters with earnings misses due to dry dockings, teething pains, etc. Remember that this is a relatively young company.

I had holdings in both HMAR and TMAR, but sold HMAR after the last earnings miss. The FY98 and FY99 earnings estimates are virtually flat, versus a substantial increase for TMAR. I think HMAR will eventually recover, but will be flat for the next 2-3 quarters.
