Kirk - to say that I know nothing abuot investing because a company does not disclose what it pays for an ISP is absurd. FYI - I have been investing for over 20 years, have been a trust investment officer in charge of managing multi-million dollar stock funds, Fortune 500 corporate executive, etc. etc. etc. FYI - any number of companies do not state publically what they paid for X. If you knew more about corporate intelligence activities - perhaps you'd have a clue. On March 24th you state: "don, i have just started looking at this industry, could you tell me what Vocaltec has that netspeak doesn't or vis-versa. do you think they would both be good investments? thanks for any info you can give" That says it all.. On Mar 30 Re: a post of your Vocaltech thread - you state: I don't know if this helps us or hurts us, but more voice over ip from anyone should help the coming dominance of this industry. Obviously - after only "6 days" of looking at the VoIP industry - you were invested in Vocaltech & I see NSPK too. Byron and I been covering the industry for over a year.. Get a clue. To not release the purchase price is to protect the company from people such as you..

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE. Kirk,you are obviously not invested in DGIV. I think you are desperate because you are loosing a big chance{you specially got anoyed with the news that Mr.D is going to buy more}.
