I think the following is the key sentence as to the present anf future value of Orbit: "Further, many of Orbit's customers are migrating faster than expected to a technology in excess of Orbit's fabrication capabilities." This in effect has to apply to DIIG itself as a customer of Orbit, if DIIG wants to continue to incorporate state-of-the-art semiconductors in its own products. The announcement does not appear to show recognition of this, and ought to trouble shareholders.
