WHL:

How can short players be hurt. There is really only one way and that is for a concerted buying effort to come in and buy every share under the sun. For example, a mutual fund (or a consortium of funds collude) comes in and buys it out from under the shorters nose and guess what...the shorter needs to pay a premium if he does not want to go bankrupt.

Is this something you found interesting?

Bill, a fund interested in MDIN. I'm intersted in buying out Medinah, but that doesn't mean I'll ever get the money to do it. I would certainly hope that a "fund" would only invest in reporting companies. That puts the ball back in MDIN's court. Not court as in legal, but court as in playing ball with tha big boys. If these numbers are gonna be that awesome then its time to roll it all out. Full reporting status, Name change, audited financials, stock buy back, etc.

SHOW ME THE STUFF!

:-)

WHL,

Do you really think one of the funds you mentioned or for that matter any fund would buy into MDIN? I think not! They may be interested and take notice, but they will not invest in a non-reporting penny stock no matter how appealing it may seem.

Don't get me wrong I'm a shareholder in MDIN and hope that a fund or funds will be in the investor mix at some future point. But until MDIN becomes a reporting company I don't think we will see any fund participation.

Best regards,

Mike
