Gayle Essary's problem is (1) that he has a "convienient memory" and;(2) he is afraid. Essary has conveniently chosen to forget facts which he is afraid that you, me and God knows who else can prove--AND will prove in court! No doubt this has put him in the derranged state he seems to be lodged in; he is making wild accusations about things [he] believed said about his family, etc. Tonto, I have searched the SI and all I can find are statements regarding Essary's involvement in the scam. The only person I find who has made any statement about his family is his references to his son's inheritance of the 1987 Ford Mustang. So we're supposed to drop everything and feel sorry for this juvenile Essary? What about your children, Tod, wouldn't it have been great for them to have shared in the profits had GIFS been what it was reported to be by Gayle Essary? What about Jamie Pulaski and others? I understand he lost everything, including his family! {Gayle Essary if you're wanting sympathy, you'd better call 1-800-WHO CARES?} Tonto, Gayle Essary helped create lies and perpetuated them in his "forum" concerning your involvement in the "Great Briefcase Caper."His remark about being 1,500 miles away shows he has not yet realized the capabilities of electronic communication--or wants us to believe that. Realistically, do you believe he thought the press release he wrote and sent to (423) 266-7750--the GIFS fax line-- would have no trail? [Doesn't he realize that his press releases were the first things I made certain were in Document Trust, after I had put the Mexican CD's in the State's hands. Can you believe the original CD's were hidden in Mohamed's desk and no one (from the State) even knew what they were looking at; given the documents were in Spanish, but even an untrained eye should have recognized they had worth. They were extaordinary pieces of artwork irregardless of their value]. His remark about "posting untrue, unproven and hysterical propaganda about an individual is prima facie libel," probably comes--no doubt--from experience. BTW do you remember the police officer Mike had Jeff Silverman allude to as the one who took the report of the "Great Briefcase Caper?" Guess who's buddy he was? {Mohamed Khairy Mohamed Zayed, II!} Whether or not there ever was a break-in or a police report filed, I honestly do not know. And his statement, "and the posts you have made about the role of SACs and the"conspiracy" theories you have created around them is about the biggest bunch of nonsense imaginable ... the only problem is you have other idiots following you..." does seem to relfect a low opinion on the part of Gayle Essary towards the GIFS shareholders who post on SI (idiots). This is a label he has used for me before and I assume he is tagging anyone who listens to me as an idiot, also. I ask you is he saying he is upset that the same people who were once listening to him is now listening to me and you, Tonto? As summed up in a recent post from James T. Millican,II, "Methinks the man doth protest too much.!" Ken Todd P. S. I realize that to most of you GIFS was just a bad investment. To me, though, it was a reality. I worked in the offices, I saw the day-to-day operations, etc. Few of you, if any, ever stepped foot in the GIFS offices, few of you ever saw anything except what was pumped out by Mike Rehtorik and Gayle Essary. Remember this, I WAS THERE! I still maintain, that Gayle Essary was just as deeply involved in this scam as was Mohamed and Mike.

Just a note about Gayle Essary being a "trained journalist." Has anyone seen any credentials? I have two Doberman Pinschers; the male is Grainger and the female is Autumn. Grainger has a certificate and is obedience trained; Autumn is a pet. Nevertheless, Grainer will still steal Autumn's food if given half a chance! Ken

Tonto,,,reference your reply 7553,,,,,I remember way back then how Essary was writing about you,,,but unfortunately I didn't know to save things that were printed. I would read them and then trash them,,,but I do remember but not in detail, wish I had it all in print now. I'm sure its somewheres as proof. Perhaps, hopefully, you saved the editorials or writings. I was new way back then,,couldn't see the trees through the forest, OH how I wish I could remember more details. Harvey Kirby
