Jane - OFF TOPIC. A heartfelt apology !! Awake now after a restless night. Missed the play. Too distraught to even care. Speaking on behalf of all who doubted you ... all who so quickly bought in to those vicious slanders ... all those of little faith... you are owed a BIG apology! I'm proud to say that I was not one of them. I can speak freely now. You see, I was working undercover all the while ... pretending to go along, playing the game, LAYING THE TRAP ... letting your assailant get further out on the limb, giving him enough rope to hang himself! Thank goodness it worked! And you are back, safe, your virtue restored. I can tell you it was not a pretty job, all that pretending, considering how I really feel about you. I guess all you and I can say to those OTHER PEOPLE is, "You should be ashamed of yourselves!" Yes, Jane, all you and I can hope is that next time, those OTHER PEOPLE will think twice if the same situation ever arises again. Yes, you and I can only hope that those OTHER PEOPLE have learned their lesson ... that they will remember that, in this country, you are presumed innocent right up until you are hanged. Phew ... so relieved that I can break my cover now. So NICE to have you back, safe and sound. Les feeling a lot better now.
