Hank, that's a big leap for me I'm afraid we're stuck at the same place - I'm having trouble going from SGP stating that Vasomax is an "alternative for Viagra" to your point that there will have to be head to head clinical trials to compare the two. The FDA website does not indicate that they consider relative efficacies for two drugs aimed at the same condition. I've spoken with several other folks in the drug business & they concur that the agency does not attempt ot select the "best" drug - they leave that to the market. Secondarily, several MD's have posted, and I think even you've agreed that a drug's "real world" efficacy will always be somewhat less than that reported in clinical trials. So Viagra's reported 50 - 70% in trials leaves lots of patients looking for another answer. Throw in side effects and time to effectiveness and it doesn't look so bad - IMHO. I often get the feeling that you are forecasting an absolute negative scenario for Vasomax &, therefore, Zonagen. Sorry, but I just disagree with that outlook. I think Vasomax will capture a "piece" of the ED market. I don't know how big - but neither does anyone else at this point. If it's 5% it will disappoint me - 10 to 15% will be just great - 20% will be a huge home run. I've already promised to step up and admit you were right when the time comes - I'm not willing to say so at this time. But I still wanna be friendly.
