The rat!!, It was just a rigged market runup, and if he has sold he has captured all the profits. However silver still tight and he may have just made it resume trading at a higher level.

Alex: If Buffett had in fact sold 1/3 of his silver, I don't think it would be just a rumour. It would be in a newspaper, the same way it was when he bought. Apparently Buffett is still waiting for delivery of his 130M ounces (see the article a few posts back on this thread in that regard). Bill is a good friend of Warren, so Bill will know the latest on what W.B. is doing.
