I was reading the 10KSB and thought I would make a note of
Insider holdings past and present.

By simply posting on this board , I get e-mail from lurkers
showing insider sales. I'm aware there has been some.

I'm not short Jason and if I was you can be sure I would have
zero problem saying so. For example , I'm quite preoccupied
shorting the living hell out of PNDA.

Venture capital got this company off the ground. Management hasn't sold a single share. Some of the venture capitalists, however, have liquidated their holdings. Most of the selling was done by Udi Toledano. As I stated in an earlier post, reaping a 700 - 1300% return in the process. Other insiders that have sold include investors in HMSC's private placement. This isn't to be interpreted negatively.
